Managing Longcodes using Tall Bob API

Tall Bob users can now request, check the status, and retire long codes directly via our API using our longcodes endpoint.


  • Request Long Code: New long code requests require an IDN, reason, and use cases. Approval is either instant, with the assigned long code appearing in your response, or pending, requiring action from a Tall Bob admin.
  • Get Long Code Status: User needs to provide the longcode request ID to view the current status of the longcode
  • Retire Long Code: User needs to provide the longcode in the request and once the request is sent, the longcode will be removed from their account.
